• Assisting partner in identifying correct location and approving the site
• Assisting partner in interior designing by giving required inputs as per the guidelines of PIVOT
• Support on recruitment of technical staff’s and centre manager
• Support on marketing the courses
• Provides training for marketing and technical staff’s before launch
• Training the trainer programs on new technologies
• Provides comprehensive course material 
• Provides operation manuals for the conduct of business at the centre
• Provide Placement assistance
